Access a sourcing event on Ariba from the email invitation Y ou will receive an invitation to an RFX event by email. Subject: Expo City Dubai has invited you to participate in an event Y ou will need an Ariba account to access and respond to the sourcing event on Ariba. It s free and quick to register. Click here to login to your Ariba account to access the event Go to the Ariba S upplier portal and click Register Now to complete set up. | 2
Create set up of new Ariba account Complete set up of a new Ariba account | 3
Register an account on Ariba for free It ll be required to respond to a sourcing event You will need an Ariba account to access and respond to the sourcing event on Ariba. It s free and quick to register. Go to the Ariba Supplier portal and click Register Now to complete set up. Click Register Now to set up a new account | 4
Create New account on Ariba Fill all (*) required information to set up your Ariba account Complete all required information and click Create Account | 5
Review potential duplicate accounts Ariba will identify any existing accounts based on the information provided If no match, continue to create new account on your email Click to Review accounts Matches are shown based on the information you provided If existing match, click actions to contact the administrator of this account and request to join Goodman Inc john@goodman.com List of matches to review Goodman Inc US DC | 6
Successful Ariba account setup You will receive Welcome email from Ariba Network with login details You will receive welcome email from Ariba Network. Email includes Account ID, Username details and other useful information required to operate their Ariba Network account. | 7

Access a sourcing event on Ariba from the email invitation You will receive an invitation by email Subject: Expo City Dubai has invited you to participate in an event Click here to login to Ariba and access the event Click on the link in the invite, to login to your Ariba account and access the sourcing event to start your response. 1 2 | 9
Review event timing and proceed to review Pre-Requisites Click on Review Prerequisites | 10
Complete the pre-requisite questions and submit Click to accept the standards terms Complete the pre- requisite questions Click OK to submit pre-requisites responses | 11
Proceed to complete your response for the event Provide responses to the RFX event questionnaire Click on Submit Entire Response once completed | 12
