Step 1: Go to the following website (type it exactly as it appears): surveys.panoramaed.com/everett surveys.panoramaed.com/everett
Step 2: Enter your school s access code.
Step 3: You will need to take a survey today about you Surveys button to begin. Make sure your school name appears! you. Click on the Start
Step 4: Choose an answer for each question. If you cannot answer a question, please leave it blank. Click the Submit button at the bottom of the page once you are done. Please make sure you are completely finished before hitting Submit. You will not will not be able to change your selections once your have submitted your answers.
Step 5: When you have finished taking the survey, you will see this screen indicating you are all done! Congratulations, you are done!
