The State of our Association is Sound Guided by fiscally conservative policies, your association has maintained the integrity and safety of all units while developing a plan for incremental improvements to all units.
Successes Management team is providing exemplary service to our owners and guests Budget allowed for substantial improvements and repairs without a large maintenance fee increase Improvement in RCI rating (NOTE: 86/200+ owners use RCI)
2018 Improvements New queen sleeper sofas New queen mattresses New large screen HDTV Relocated living area LED TV to Master Budgeted for replacement of A/C Unit 14 New twin mattress in one unit Repaired hot water heaters and miscellaneous concerns in all units
2019 Improvements New upstairs flooring planned without increase in maintenance fees Development of a long range plan for improvements and replacements (e.g. painting, appliances, furniture) 2020 Improvements New carpeting considered for the downstairs Twin mattress replacement cycle anticipated
