What We Hope to Accomplish Today Review of Stakeholder Engagement Process and Structure Review the purpose of the Advisory Group Provide an overview of Maine s approach to transition Review overall timelines for transition process Discuss expectations for next meeting in March Answer your questions 3
Ground Rules We will begin and end on time We will work very hard to adhere to the times in the agenda Please turn off your cell phones, or put them on vibrate It s okay to move around when you need to If you have questions, please raise your hand at any time Everyone is encouraged to participate For any discussion part of the meeting: One person talks at a time without interruption All ideas are held up for consideration, reflection, and inquiry All participants are treated respectfully 4
