Following a health diet Fruits,Vegetables Whole grain, nuts , fish Poultry, vegetable oils Refined carbohydrates, food and beverages with added sugars Processed meat, Red meat, Sodium

  4. 2. Exercise: At least 30 minutes walk a day, 5/7 Prevent diseases (coronary, Osteoporosis) Stress reliever: Endorphins Manage weight 3. Smoking cessation Heart diseases, diabetes, stroke Lung disease

  5. 4. Alcohol cessation No safe alcohol level Increase risk of mental health problems Cancer Heart diseases Stroke 5. Improving sleep health: at least 7 hours Lower risk factors for heart diseases e.g diabetes and heart diseases Reduces stress and improves your mood Control weight gain: increase leptin and reduces ghrelin

  7. Screening Diabetic eye screening Cervical cancer screening :25-64 years(25-49 years, 3yearly) Breast cancer: 50-70 years (self referral >70 years) Bowel cancer screening (60-74 years) Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm (AAA):65 years (>65 years can self referral)
