Disclosures Tasks Utilize project planning and management skills to review, edit and format toolkit sections in sequence Assist with a soft launch pilot that rolls out toolkit sections to a limited audience before full launch Seek feedback from the newly forming Youth and Young Adult Advisory Council Gather test data and potential user feedback using CQI methods Interview key informants and subject matter experts, such as MCAAP and the Got Transition National Center Work with senior DPH, Bureau, and Division leadership to review and approve the final product
