  3. Healthy life styles Every one of us is primarily responsible for the style of life he wants to follow. For more information on healthy lifestyle you follow the following: * Have a sense of slender, but not to be affected with everything going on around you. * Eat fresh food * Drink plenty of water. Learn how to laugh. * Stop watching TV programs, especially the serious news if you are in a bad psychological state.

  4. Healthy life styles Follow a balanced healthy diet. Exercise regularly. * Be patient, do not you just get the frustration with the slow results.

  5. Healthy life styles * Spend most of the time with those you love. *Get adequate sleep to give your body time to relax.

  6. TIME FOR YOU Sometimes, the best thing to do if your mind needs a break is to do nothing. Just rest! WALK There are plenty of these that you can play with your friends which are also great physical activities. Probably, the easiest one to do. WALK GAMES RELAX Some people love it because they find it relaxing and fun. It is also a great opportunuty to start eating healthier too. COOK Do you like music? Then this might be your favorite acivity, if you do it for more than 15 minutes. DANCE It is great for your imagination and will help you discover worlds that we hidden inside the papers. READ Doing it for 8 hours a day is very important for your health. Especially when you are groeing up. SLEEP
