Adolescents often feel compelled to make decisions independently, especially when faced with sensitive issues like sex and mental stress. This can lead to risky behaviors such as smoking, drinking, and drug abuse. By improving communication and offering guidance instead of strict restrictions, we can support adolescents in making healthier choices and avoiding harmful substances and behaviors.
