Overview Launched in March 2021 with funding from NHSE funding extended until March 2023. 40 Hubs across England The staff mental health and wellbeing hubs have been set up to provide health, care and social care staff with rapid access to assessment and local evidence- based mental health services and support where needed. The Hub offer is confidential and free of charge for all health, care and social care staff. Referrals have primarily been from NHS Organisations. Mechanisms for referrals - contact form on website/email/phone Majority of referrals have been self-referrals

  3. Overview continued Refer to bordering county Hubs for support Pilot with Trust counselling provider NOSS Counselling. General counselling and specialist support. Group/team work has been offered and this is starting to be requested more to support teams/services. Recent group activity has included Compassion Focused Therapy for Wellbeing sessions attended by over 100 staff and Embracing Your Wellbeing sessions. Mental Health First Aid sessions Restorative Supervision
