Budget: Currently, ongoing budgetary period 2023- 2025. New three years commitment starting in 2026, to be discussed in Malta. At the beginning of each year, the Secretariat collects the annual contributions and defines the budget for the year to come (presented to the Troika early 2025) Current budget: Salary: 2023-2024 slight increase due to indexation. Utilities: public transportation and telephone. Advertising: 2023-2024 lower costs (less copies and partially printed by the Polish Institute). Travelling: 2023 included three trips, 2024 only Krak w. Public relations: no additional costs 2023-2024. IT expenses: no special projects or costs. Exceptional expenses: new phone in 2024.
