Main Points User list has to be updated - adding new users from experiment of 2016 2017 - removing users not anymore operative - crossing with access list to LNS Guest House Radioprotection insertion of email address in access list needs to be implemented Satisfaction survey module is now available in the website spoke-persons are warmly invited to fill the module at the end feedback of work at LNS, comments, suggestions, mail address of all the participants, to be inserted in the user list Email of user lnsusers@lns.infn.it is reactivated for external contacts G. Suggestions For users Particular requests for user services (electronics modules, acquisition, targets, particular configuration of irradiation lines) should be formulated by spoke-person with sufficient advance in order to be well fulfilled From users Users of Zero degree line: No acquisition room is available; the used area is fully open and very noisy -> next opening of acquisition room for Zero Degree line G.
