  2. 11/27/18 Follow Up Items October 30, 2018 P2P Staff Meeting Send Back Rules A group Is being formed including Procurement Staff and UAT Participants to discuss the best process Procurement Spend Category Role (Requisitions and SIR s with incorrect spend categories) Further discussion/follow-up is pending Ability to print preview a requisition prior to approving it This was discussed in the 11/30 IT Design Team Meeting. There are two options if this is a requirement (1) Create a custom report layout in Workday (2) Use export Requisition to PDF Function Incorporate attachment requirements (don t include emails and unnecessary information) in Requisitioner Training (Quick Reference Guides, MyPath modules, Instructor led Sessions) To be reviewed in 12/4 P2P Training Meeting Details on Purchase Order Confirmation and acknowledgments This is still pending discussion in the IT Design Meeting 2
