TERM & ORIGIN OF DIPLOMACY The term diplomacy is derived via French from the ancient Greek dipl ma, composed of diplo, meaning folded in two, and the suffix -ma, meaning an object. Diplomacy Folded Document, Twofold, Double Folded.
The folded document conferred a privilegeoften a permit to travel on the bearer, and the term came to denote documents through which princes granted such favours. Later it applied to all chancelleries. the documents issued by Diplomat or Diplomatist A came to refer to a person authorized to negotiate on behalf of a state. French term diplomate
MEANING OF DIPLOMACY IN LATIN 1. The document that has been used and for exchanges by kings in their Diplomatic relations. The bearer (Diplomat) has immunity, privilege & honor. In Arabic and French Language they used to refer to the certificate honored to students (Diploma).
However, step by step and at Vienna Conference 1815 Diplomacy and Diplomat have been used as terms, Meaning, features, Rules and its occasions. By the 20thcentury, however, the diplomatic practices pioneered in Europe had been adopted throughout the world, and diplomacy had expanded to cover summit meetings and other international conferences, parliamentary diplomacy, the international activities of supranational and subnational entities, unofficial diplomacy by nongovernmental elements, and the work of international civil servants.

First, diplomacy refers to the action and (the) manner/career of representing one s country to a foreign nation and in international negotiations. Second, diplomacy is concerned with the external policy of a country, of a government in Peace time. Third, diplomacy is the branch of political science which concerns international relations.
Fourth, for describing the personality and ability of Diplomat as genius, artful and underhand, gentleman. Fifth, the art of Negotiation through diplomatic representative who their task is to tackle crisis and problems among/between States. Six, History of Diplomacy of states. (USA, WI & WII, French). Seventh, Science and Art of representing state.
DEFINITION | DIPLOMACY Diplomacy, the established method of influencing the decisions and behaviour of foreign governments and peoples through dialogue, negotiation, and other measures short of war or violence.
Historically, diplomacy meant the conduct of official (usually bilateral) relations states. between sovereign
