EXECUTIVE SUMMARY FYE 2021 $3.8M RAISE TARGET ($850K RAISED TO DATE) 1988 the Major General Irene Trowell-Harris Chapter, Tuskegee Airmen was formed to continue the legacy of the pioneering African American men and women of the Army Air Forces experiment. Embarkedon a series of mentoring programs named The Lee A. Archer Jr., Red Tail Youth Flying Program a 501 (C) (3) entity toprovide career building, gateway opportunities for underrepresented, minority youth into the world of Aviation and Aerospace careers. To date over 886 minority youth have been impacted by various educational pursuits and ongoing mentorships offered by ourprograms. The RedTail Flight Academy represents the nextmajormilestonetofurtherthe organization s goal of bringing more diversity to aviationby making world-class flight training accessible to young, aspiring minority aviators through scholarships funded by various industry and private endowments. 2

  3. TUSKEGEE AIRMEN HISTORY Formation of the first all-black squadron of combat soldiers in WWII in 1941 forever changed the path of aspiring African American aviators. Although only 992 pilots trained, there were approximately 15,000 trailblazers that were a part of this historic experiment including various engineers, navigators, bombardiers, mechanics instructors, crew chiefs, nurses and cooks. Now known as Tuskegee Airmen and famous because they painted the tails of their fighters red; these heroes dispelled myths, biases and racism by their exemplary leadership, proving African Americans are brave leaders that can operate complex machinery such as airplanes. The Double Victory that the Airmen achieved created a paradigm shift: It was both a victory overseas and a victory at home demanding equality for African Americans in the United States. 3

TUSKEGEE AIRMEN LEGACY Black combat soldiers during World War II, including the Tuskegee Airmen, overcame racial predispositions about their abilities through remarkable aerial achievements Tuskegee Airmen (Red Tails), in particular, the 332nd Fighter Group, were best known for escorting and protecting bombers, therefore assuring their safe return By April of 1945 training at the all Negro Pilot Tuskegee, AL air base had concluded with 992 pilots and over 15,000 personnel in service. Additional training continued after the integration of the Army Air Forces to train pilots in the pipeline at bases such as Stewart Army Air Base, Newburgh NY Famous aviators such as Benjamin O. Davis, Daniel Chappie James, Coleman Young, Roscoe Brown, Percy Sutton and Lee A. Archer are some of the best known Movies such as Red Tails (Lucasfilms), The Tuskegee Airmen (HBO Films) made famous the legacy of these pioneering WWII heroes Today 53 chapters from three regions make up the Tuskegee Airmen, Inc.   5. THE RedTail FLIGHT ACADEMY A TUSKEGEE AIRMEN-INSPIRED PROGRAM In September 2021, a new Tuskegee Airmen-inspired program will be launched The RedTail Flight Academy. MISSION: To honor the legacy of the original Tuskegee Airmen by supporting traditionallyunderserved communities, redirecting the life path of disadvantaged youths by the process of producing aviators and future leaders. VISION: To create a sustainable, state-of-the-art flight training academy that uses aviation as a developmental tool focusing on S.T.E.M. and Leadership development. GOAL FOR SUCCESS: Leverage initial donation of $800K into $8 million worth of opportunities that increase diversity, expose underserved minorities to technology, and develop the next generation of leaders. 5

Former Check Airman and Program Manager with Lyon Aviation. Experience in contracts, project management and Structural Engineering with Modjeski and Master Inc. B.S. in Civil Engineering Morgan State University. FedEx First Officer Holds Multiple Turbojet Type ratings and Advanced Flight Instructor certificates. Retired Lt. Col with United States Air Force. Immediate Past President Major General Irene Trowell-Harris Chapter Tuskegee Airmen, Inc, with extensive non-profit and leadership experience: National Youth Committee Member; Co- Founder Lee Archer Red Tail Youth Flying Program; Founded Chapter Endowment Fund; Co-Founded scholarship program. Served as Assistant Chief Pilot United Airlines. Senior Line Check Airman with over 22,000 hours of global flight experience. Graduate of Embry- Riddle Aeronautical University. Former senior executive with 18+ Years of leading complex business operations, supply chain optimization, continuous improvement programs, and M & A transactions. Extensive managerial experience as GM Argotech, Director Operation Harsco Infrastructure, Manager Global Logistics IBM. B.S. Mathematics / Operations Research, M.S. Industrial Administration Carnegie Mellon, Masters in Project Management -George Washington Univ. Type rated in Turbojet aircraft and holds Advanced Flight Instructor certificates. 8
