How to start Xello? 1) Go to www.ocdsb.ca and click on the Student Portal .
How to start Xello? 2) Click Login Now . 3) Sign in with OCDSB email and password.
How to start Xello? 4) On the Navigation Bar, select the Grade 7-12 Tile, then click on the Xello Icon.
How to start Xello? 5) You are now logged into Xello. Select Course Planner Course Planner
Grade 12 Course Selection Click each area to select your courses for Gr 12
Xello Course Selection After you click on a subject area, this screen will appear Select your course Follow these steps to select all your courses. Please select 8 courses.
Alternate Course Selection You must select an Alternate Course. It will be used to replace an elective course option which: a) Is cancelled due to low enrollment b) Is conflicting with another selected course scheduled at the same time c) You are waitlisted for a course* *You will remain on the waitlist for your original course selection.
A few notes and reminders.. Interested in either the Dual Credit or Specialist High Skills Major (SHSM) programs? Please contact your guidance counsellor. To sign up for Concert/Jazz Band, complete this form. Interested in eLearning or Summer School? Registration information will be emailed in April. Please select your courses assuming you are NOT going to Summer School for a Reach Ahead course.
Submitting Your Courses You can revisit Xello to make changes to your course selections before you submit. Make sure you review your course selections with a parent/guardian. Course selection is not official until you hit the READY TO SUBMIT button. When you hit READY TO SUBMIT, your courses are submitted and locked.
Course Selection Timeline Xello is open for course selections on Tuesday, February 23rd Deadline to submit courses on Xello is Monday, March 8th
