To look up whether a business has applied for a skill-based amusement machine-related license in Ohio, navigate to the following web page: https://elicense.ohio.gov/OH_HomePage. Click on Verify a License
Search for a Business License/Applicant: To search for a business, (1) click on BUSINESS , (2) enter a name or partial name. You can also look up a licensee or applicant by location by (3) entering the city, state, or county. Be sure to (4) select the Casino Control Commission as the Board Name.
