How to Lead and Unite a Divided People
Effective leadership begins with self-awareness; adopt a tone that encourages unity rather than division. Accept that not everyone can be won over, allowing space for healthy dynamics. Prioritize connecting with core leaders, as unity at the top resonates throughout the organization. Recognize that loud voices often represent a minority, focusing instead on common ground. Emphasize the reasons behind actions more than the actions themselves, fostering shared understanding and purpose.
