HRMS Training Materials Project Goals The HRMS Training Materials Update Project will: Provide a single source to locate complete & up-to-date HRMS training materials Incorporate Business Rules with Technical How To Establish a single format modernizing the look and feel Design & Build to meet Accessibility requirements Design & Build for Maintainability
HRMS Training Materials Project In Process / Completed February 7th HR/Payroll Practitioner Work Session (44 attendees) Pilot Module Personnel Administration Gathering agency developed training and resource materials Upcoming Usability lab testing of initial design concepts and features, early April Select SME s to review updated materials
IT Implementation Activities In Process / Completed Compensation modeling to identify implementation costs Agency access to IT Position Evaluation Tool (IT PET) Interim allocation guidance distributed Information meeting to present IT compensation proposal methodology to impacted unions (WFSE, WAFWP, WPEA, PSE, PTE- L17) and bargaining team members Upcoming FAQ s and status updates to be posted to the website week of March 12th Registration opening for May 29th IT Position Evaluators Training Request for trained evaluators for quarterly statewide review teams April 24 & 25 Bargaining sessions scheduled in March & April Engaging with AGO Labor & Personnel for guidance/resources on FLSA computer exemption
