HSCN Co-Chairs: Facilitators David Donnelly Supplier Co-Chair Toby O Hara Provider Co-Chair David is a senior medical device executive who s career in healthcare spans over 25 years holding many progressive senior Sales and Marketing positions with The Stevens Company, Medline and Maxxim Medical. In addition to David serving on the board of HSCN he also served on the Board of Directors for the Health Industry Distributors Association (HIDA). Toby is General Manager of healthcare supply chain provider Healthcare Materials Management Services (HMMS) in London, Ontario. Prior to joining HMMS, Toby held positions at Baxter Corporation and Source Medical (Cardinal Health). Along with being a Board Member at HSCN, Toby is also a Board member at The Logistics Institute and holds a Professional Logistician designation (p.Log).

  3. Purpose Objective: Listen to and maximize the voice of HSCN membership when establishing strategic priorities for HSCN How: Capture the issues/concerns of providers and suppliers in a safe and candid environment. What we will do with the information? Develop strategic and tactical objectives to increase the value of HSCN for its members. Communicate

Methodology Use sticky notes at the table to capture your thoughts, suggestions, complaints, questions, musings, stories, celebrations etc Notes will be consolidated and discussed as a group to land on key themes Summary of prioritized themes will be shared back with Conference attendees at close out Wednesday and re-communicated via newsletter
