Instructions to complete the presentation The number of slides in the presentation should be limited to the outline provided do not add any slides. If additional slides are added, then the same will be randomly deleted to stick to the format and Awards Management will not be held responsible in any manner The font type and size used to fill the presentation should be Calibri - Size 14 The initiative details in this presentation should be the same as mentioned in the application form Any additional information or pictures/graphs can be added in the slide indicated for the purpose, but need to be limited to that one slide. Please attach up to 3 supporting documents (such as: Project report with budgets and approvals, Reports to evidence measurable impact, or any other document to support the category applied) Please provide your response in a concise format using bullet points. The bullet points can be discussed in detail with the jury during the virtual presentation call Completed presentation should be mailed to orjita.ganguly@timesinternet.in latest by January 21st, 2024 at 05:00 PM This interaction will include a 10 -minute presentation by you followed by 2 minutes of Q&A by the Jury members. Strict adherence to the defined timelines is expected from the participant. Any change in the time allocated for the presentation and Q & A will be at the sole discretion of the management. The above are being performed to ensure consistency of format between all entries. Deviations may be disqualified
Entry Guidelines Here are a few guidelines that will help you to be prepared during the jury presentation round: Your filled application form along with supporting documents will be shared with the jury The objective of this round is to present your initiatives/ solutions, etc. to the jury as to why you deserve to win the award in the category applied covering the below aspects: Creativity & innovativeness of the initiatives/ solutions, etc. The strategies framed or approach adopted to implement the initiatives/ solutions, etc. How scalable and sustainable are the initiatives/ solutions, etc. in the next 3 to 5 years How have these initiatives/ solutions, etc. contributed towards efficient business performance The measurable impact created post-implantation of the initiatives/ solutions, etc. (tip: please give quantifiable numbers to the jury to help support your case)
