PRIORITY 4 -SOCIAL INNOVATIONS SPECIFIC OBJECTIVE 1 (Art. 4 (1) ( ) of Regulation 2021/1057 on ESF+) IMPROVING ACCESS TO EMPLOYMENT AND ACTIVATION MEASURES FOR ALL JOBSEEKERS, IN PARTICULAR YOUNG PEOPLE EUR 8 000 000 - for innovative projects in the field of labour market SPECIFIC OBJECTIVE 2 (Art. 4 (1) ( ) of Regulation 2021/1057) ENHANCING EQUAL AND TIMELY ACCESS TO QUALITY, SUSTAINABLE AND AFFORDABLE SERVICES EUR 2 000 000 - innovations in the social sphere Total budget for social innovations: EUR 10 000 000 Indicator: At least 200 social innovations supported

COMMON ACTIVITIES Introduction of social innovations in the respective field - labour market and social policy Development of innovative ideas for practices, products, services and models Piloting of the developed innovative approaches and models Social experimentation by adapting and/or validating innovative models, practices, services and products Response to social needs and creation of new social relationships

ACTIVITIES IN THE FIELD OF LABOUR MARKET Implementation of social innovations in relation to the introduction of new forms of employment and optimization of work processes Creation and development of social innovations in the context of corporate social responsibility (CSR) Implementing new approaches for quality and sustainable green and white jobs, including in the ICT Testing new approaches to promote internal labour mobility Stimulating innovative activities to create and enhance the competitiveness of social enterprises Main target groups: inactive and unemployed people, incl. long-term unemployed; youth marginalized communities such as the Roma; disadvantaged participants employed in social organizations; employees and self-employed

ALMA -AIM, LEARN, MASTER, ACHIEVE Support to young disadvantaged people to improve their employment opportunities through participation in cross-border cooperation measures, incl. internships abroad Budget: EUR 1 500 000 Three phases of participation: 1) provision of training and consultation in Bulgaria 2) work in another EU Member state for a period of 2 to 6 months 3) support for finding employment opportunities in Bulgaria upon returning 100 young people to be involved in ALMA interventions

ACTIVITIES IN THE FIELD OF SOCIAL INCLUSION Innovative tools and models in the provision of care services for vulnerable groups Innovative home and community-based services for people with disabilities, elderly, people unable to self-care; person-centred care Modernizing the social protection systems, promoting access to social protection, improving accessibility for people with disabilities and increasing the efficiency of the social services/social care system Main target groups disadvantaged participants and their families children at risk and their families children, youth and adults, incl. people with disabilities, using social services employees in health and social services, in residential care services; other employees involved in the social protection system
