Accessibility FAQs How long will it take the accessibility portion of my ICT to be reviewed? The ICT Form has many factors that attribute to its length of time to review The ICT Form includes the accessibility and security portion and both sections need to be vetted by their respective offices before the ICT can be approved Where do I submit my ICT Accessibility & Security review form? csusb.edu/ats/procurement/submit-request csusb.edu/procurement/forms-documents
Accessibility FAQs Continued Is an ICT Form required for the same product annually? Yes, the ICT review form must be completed each year Who completes the VPAT? The vendor is required to fill out the VPAT (Voluntary Product Accessibility Template)
Security FAQs What do you mean by sensitive data? Birthdates, health information, and passwords and credentials Why is a security review necessary? To ensure that the product and the requesting department or college adheres to Federal and State policies and standards surrounding the protection of campus community sensitive data Reduces the likelihood of future audit findings and litigation
Security FAQs Continued How long does a security review take? Typically between one day and one week HECVAT (Higher Education Community Vendor Assessment Tool) SOC Type II (Service Organization Control Type II) Why is a security review sometimes required if I have already been using this product and it s just a renewal? It is possible that the product that you are requesting for purchase did not previously go through a security review
