Develop an amendment into IEEE Std 802.11 with modifications, feature additions, or recommendations, to improve the STA s user experience in environments where non-AP STAs use random/changing MAC addresses. To consider use cases such as (but not limited to): Initial Infrastructure Connection Steering Customer Support and Troubleshooting Arrival detection in a home environment, or other trusted environment This must not compromise current levels of privacy protection afforded by the IEEE 802.11 standard or best understanding of current practices in RCM implementations. 2.
