A cost estimate will be provided closer event dates when details are firm.
Food and Beverage Food and Beverage will be provided to all registered attendees AM Coffee/Tea/Break PM Coffee/Tea, Snack Break Continental Breakfast Water Stations throughout the event space. Social Event No social event arrangements have been guaranteed at this time.

Negotiations are ongoing between Canada and various governments, it is expected that the border will reopen soon. Entry into Canada (Fully Vaccinated Adults) Fully Vaccinated Entry into Canada as of July 5, 2021 Starting at 12:01 am ET on July 5: Exemptions for fully vaccinated travellers who meet specific conditions. You may qualify for certain exemptions to quarantine and testing requirements if you: are eligible to enter Canada are asymptomatic meet the Government of Canada requirements of fully vaccinated travellers meet all other entry requirements, including entering your information in ArriveCAN before arrival To be considered fully vaccinated, you must: have received the full series of an accepted COVID-19 vaccine or a combination of accepted vaccines have received your last dose at least 14 days prior to the day you enter Canada upload your proof of vaccination in ArriveCAN Accepted vaccines: Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine Moderna COVID-19 vaccine AstraZeneca/COVISHIELD COVID-19 vaccine Janssen (Johnson & Johnson) COVID-19 vaccine - single dose
BC ReStart Plan As of July 1, 2021 - STEP 3 Criteria The criteria for Step 3 is at least 70% of the 18+ population vaccinated with dose 1, along with low case counts and declining COVID-19 hospitalizations. In Step 3, all sectors will transition to using communicable disease prevention guidance from WorkSafeBC. Mask guidance Masks are recommended in indoor public places for all people 12 and older who are not yet fully vaccinated. The mask mandate order under the Emergency Program Act was lifted July 1. Organized gatherings Indoor organized gatherings 50 people or 50% capacity, whichever is greater Outdoor organized gatherings 5,000 people or 50% capacity, whichever is greater No group limits for indoor and outdoor dining, events allowed Offices and workplaces Continued return to the workplace Seminars and bigger meetings allowed Workplaces will transition from a COVID-19 Safety Plan to a communicable disease plan.
