Our Previous Two Major Undertakings Weekly robotics workshops Oyster Bake
Planned Activities for the Current Year Recruitment advertising. Local middle school and high school visits. Parts for our Region 5 competition robot. Meeting materials such as T-shirts and refreshments. Collaboration with other organizations to offer networking opportunities.
What the Funding would mean for our IEEE Chapter Revamped recruitment efforts Outreach programs geared towards students our local community (primarily showcasing aspects of engineering) Sponsor STMU-hosted career fairs to encourage our members to network for opportunities Cost coverage for R5 parts, registration, and travel
Interaction with Other Funding Funds from the CTS of IEEE and the proceeds raised through STMU s annual Oyster Bake are used to support the activities of our student branch.
