  4. IISE Who are we? IISE, the world's largest professional society dedicated solely to the support of the profession, is an international, nonprofit association that provides leadership for the application, education, training, research, and development of industrial and systems engineering.

TOB Annual Goals IISE Strategic Pillars INTEGRATE the profession worldwide TOB Goals Support International Operations Board (IOB) and offer complementary activities to improve IISE's global outreach and highlight our technical communities. Organize IISE Cup at the 2021 Annual Conference Support Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) committee's efforts and develop complementary initiatives Incorporate DEI philosophy and initiatives in S&D operations Update the scope and policies and procedures, and continue outreach efforts for the IE Body of Knowledge (IE BoK) Improve student engagement programs in collaboration with SVP of Student Development Improve S&D annual reporting procedures Improve communication with S&D leadership Establish an awards matrix (awards vs. stakeholders) and best practices INCLUDE all for diversity, equity, and cultural prosperity STRENGTHEN the image, advocacy, and impact of ISE professionals EXCEL in customer experience for members, partners, and affiliates

  13. Responsibilites Establish and maintain regular communication with your board. 1. Interpret and explain IISE policies and services. 2. Represent the Institute leadership and HQ to your Division. 3. Hold regular Division conference calls. Minutes must be approved by the board with a quorum. 4. In addition to monthly board meetings, one fall meeting and one meeting associated with the annual conference will be scheduled.

Administrator Support Conduct surveys Assist with newsletter formats (send in arial 10 point font only, pictures need to be a jpeg) Schedule and launch board calls via GoTo meeting Board Elections Student Leadership Boards being revised for upcoming year Membership lists are not provided to Board members due to privacy restrictions. HQ can communicate information to the lists on your behalf.
