Publication rules Presentation at IA meeting in Strasbourg (Oct 25, 2017) Draft v3.3 circulated to ILD (Nov 3, 2017) No further comments received. After the Ichinoseki meeting, the proposed rules were approved by voting (Feb 26, 2018). ILD notes So far only one technical note: ILD-TECH-PUB-2017-001: 12 June 2017, "Impact of Beam-Gas Interactions of the IP region of ILD", Robert Karl and Jenny List. We would expect many ILD notes to be written in 2018, both public and internal ones, as inputs to the ILD Design Report now being prepared. Internal Note: no review process Public Note: one reviewer, feedback from ILD Some of them may develop to (topical) papers (submission to journals) 6

Windows on the Universe (5-11 August, Quy Nhon, Vietnam) Same abstracts were submitted as those for ICHEP2018, i.e. 3 from ILD and 3 from LCC. The conference organizers will accept 3 5 talks in total for ILD+LCC. Combine the abstracts ? Speakers have been looked for. So far we found three speakers. Study of the Higgs couplings to leptons and Higgs CP properties at the ILC , by S. Kawada (DESY) 3rd Generation Quark and Electroweak Boson Couplings at the 250 GeV stage of the ILC , R. Yonamine The role of positron polarization for the initial 250 GeV stage of the International Linear Collider , J. Reuter (DESY) Two more speakers are still being looked for. 8
Preparation of ALCW2018 (May 28 June 1) Our rule: Slides for an oral presentation given on behalf of the ILD group should be available to ILD at least two working days in advance of the presentation . An indico page where slides will be uploaded was created: https://agenda.linearcollider.org/event/7948/ 15 of 24 have been uploaded. The ILD software and Analysis meeting on May 23 (Wed) was devoted for the ALCW2018. Any material to be shown at ALCW2018 and not yet presented to ILD need to be presented at latest then. But no full rehearsal talks. A rehearsal talk was arranged for the ILD talk at the plenary session ILD status and plans by M. Kurata. 9
