THE PROMPTLEM You guys are disney DisneyLand hired us to create an AR Experience to promote the new Aladdin film s BluRay release. It s also a rollercoaster Lets make Rollercoasters fun again. And incorporate new AR technologies.
SO. 12 people per cart, wearing AR goggles travel through a tunnel. A combination between AR and physical sets work to make the tunnel appear like the cave from the opening of Aladdin. The AR goggles work with pattern recognition technology to create The Genie (Played by Will Smith) as he flies around in front of and around the cart. This involves him saying witty lines and singing never had a friend like me . Speakers blast this from the sides. There is gold everywhere, the cart is made to resemble the magic carpet, and the floor is AR d into Lava towards the climax to heighten the danger.
Buttons and technology allow the group to make decisions symbolising wishes. The most voted for wish effects the way the Genie and the AR act for a portion of the ride Towards the end, The Genie helps you escape the cave as it shakes. You are launched outside on the way out and then some usual rollercoaster business happens. And Genie flies around outside with you.
