This study examines the impact of a Self-Efficacy Prebriefing Model on nursing students' clinical competency and self-efficacy in simulation settings. With a focus on undergraduate senior BSN students, the results demonstrate a significant improvement in self-efficacy and clinical competency through the use of the SEPM. The method, results, and discussion provide valuable insights into how prebriefing can enhance learning outcomes in healthcare simulation. References to related works offer additional resources for further exploration.
