ISPESH 2023 Physival Physival education education Physical education is an activity which is a process for developing spiritual abilities and attitudes which include mental, intellectual and Introduction even spiritual aspects. As part of educational activities, physical education is a form of approach to aspects of spiritual well-being (through physical activities), which in the scope of WHO means spiritual health. Online learning methods can be accessed via mobile phones so that learning can be done mobile and more flexibly.

  6. ISPESH 2023 Based on the findings from research conducted by researchers, SMA NEGERI 1 Cicurug, especially in class XI, applies a blended learning model in its learning process. Result & Discussion The application of this blended learning learning model is implemented with the aim that the learning process at school can still be carried out using two methods, namely online and offline learning due to the shortage of teaching staff, this learning model is no longer caused by conditions of social restrictions which are the main reason. However, due to the insufficient condition of the teaching staff because they are currently looking for replacements, they cannot support all students to learn offline. Based on the results of the researchers' findings from the observations made, it can be seen that the teacher has prepared learning tools in the classroom as usual, namely in the form of an annual program, semester program, syllabus, RPP and LKPD. The RPP used in class XI contains the stages of the blended learning model, which has two methods, namely online learning methods and offline learning methods. There are stages of seeking of information, acquisition of information and synthesizing of knowledge in learning activities. The most basic thing in the learning process is learning planning, then the teacher has a role in learning planning to create learning tools.

  7. ISPESH 2023 The blended learning model is an option that must be implemented at SMA Negeri 1 Cicurug because there are conditions that require this learning model to be used. Husamah (2014: 27) states Result & Discussion that there are six stages in designing blended learning so that the results are optimal. The steps that can be taken are as follows: 1. Determine the type and material of teaching materials. 2. Determine the blended learning design to be used. 3. Determine the online learning format. 4. Carry out trials on the designs created. 5. Organize blended learning well 6. Prepare criteria for evaluating the implementation of blended learning.

ISPESH 2023 Based on the results of research that has been carried out regarding the implementation of the blended learning model in PJOK at SMA Negeri 1 Cicurug, it can be concluded that this blended Conclusion learning model was implemented not because of social restrictions as previously decided by the government during Covid, but rather as a learning model. This was implemented because conditions were inadequate for all students to carry out offline learning. The teaching staff that students need for the learning process at school is currently at a shortage stage and is still in the process of being replaced so that the PJOK learning process at SMAN 1 Cicurug adopts the learning model that was previously implemented during the pandemic for social restrictions which utilizes technological conditions that support learning activities and students and teachers who already understand post-pandemic operations who apply a similar learning model.

For schools, it becomes a reference because they are able to implement and carry out learning Conclusion using the blended learning model which was previously used during social restrictions under different conditions and problems. This blended learning model was implemented due to emergency conditions such as a shortage of teaching staff. 2. This thesis is a reference for similar research for agencies that have the same problems or different problems but can use the blended learning model as a solution to the learning process.

For schools, they can pay attention to students' conditions when they have to do online learning. Anxiety arises due to unstable networks and devices that are not supported by some students. Another reason is because of the quota factor that supports learning. 2. Teachers conceptualize interesting learning to maintain the stability of students' enthusiasm for learning so that their enthusiasm for learning is maintained as a result of online learning
