
Implementation of Reciprocal Teaching Style in Volleyball Learning for Student Respect Attitude
This study explores the implementation of reciprocal teaching styles in volleyball learning to enhance students' respectful attitudes. Through classroom action research and observation, the results show a significant improvement in student respect levels, indicating the effectiveness of this teaching approach in fostering positive behaviors. The study emphasizes the importance of respect in physical education and sports learning for overall student development.

ISPESH 2024 IMPLEMENTATION OF RECIPROCAL TEACHING STYLE IN VOLLEYBALL LEARNING TOWARD RESPECT ATTITUDE STUDENT IN SMP NEGERI 66 BANDUNG CITY Gabriel Pandu Atmaja Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia
ISPESH 2023 Introduction Physical education is education for physical literacy, more specifically the ability to move and the physical potential of students, by fostering the potential of movement, the student will find ease, welfare for the best quality of life through the movement experience that has been implemented (Abduljabar, 2018) By using reciprocal teaching methods or styles, students can provide information to each other, students are given freedom by the teacher in the learning process (Kartiko, 2017) Respect is crucial because it involves caring for others and appreciating differences. respect is an individual's evaluation of his or her position in a group, which refers to how a person assesses his or her acceptance in the group environment (Blader & Tyler, 2009).

ISPESH 2023 Result The results of initial conditions through the questionnaire test there were 4 students (12.9%) who were declared to meet the criteria for completeness and 27 students (87.1%) who were declared not to meet the criteria for completeness in the initial observation of respect through a questionnaire. In cycle 1 action 1 there was an increase in completeness of (35.5%), namely 15 students (51.6%) and 16 students (48.4%) who were not complete. And in cycle 1 action 2 there was another increase of (9.66%), namely students who were declared complete as many as 19 students (58.06%) and students who were declared incomplete as many as 12 students (41.93%). Then the research continued to cycle 2 because there were still students who had not reached the predetermined completeness criteria. In cycle 2 action 1 as many as 24 students or (77.4%) who have been able to reach the criteria while 7 students (22.6%) have not been able to meet the criteria. Then it ended in cycle 2 action 2 where all students managed to complete the criteria for respect. From the results of this study it can be concluded that the application of reciprocal teaching styles in volleyball learning can increase the attitude of respect for students in class VII 3 SMP Negeri 66 Bandung City..
ISPESH 2023 Discussion This study has shown that the application of reciprocal teaching styles in learning volleyball games can improve students' respectful attitudes. . Suported study: With using a two-sample t-test, and the conclusion from this study is that student creativity development is significantly higher after receiving reciprocal teaching style volleyball game learning (Junaidi,2016). Physical education teachers do not only focus on the emphasized psychomotor aspects, but there are other aspects that can be further developed. Thus, the conclusion is that there is a significant development of respect in physical education and sports learning by integrating respect (Maulana,2019). Students as well as teachers experience positive learning and teaching in the form of reciprocal teaching. They acknowledge that reciprocal teaching can provide them with a more comfortable and positive learning and teaching context (Keung Kam ,2011)
