Brainstormed Ideas of Performance Activities 1. Create a framework to share data and a map for where the data should go, to whom, when and why. 2. Create a framework to answer, what does this data mean? Gather input and idea and synthesize possible interpretations. 3. Develop and model a way of looking at data in the CoC be a thought leader to other committees and groups in the CoC. a. This builds the muscle for understanding performance measurement in the CoC 4. Create a feedback loop to inform decision making, for the CoC Board and other CoC committees and groups. a. Provide relevant information prior to decisions, when possible b. Consciously note what data to track moving forward after a decision, to determine the effects of decisions 5. Lead effort to connect performance outcomes data outside of the CoC committees and groups: a. Service providers should have access to data as well, and be able to understand how their performance is contributing to system performance. b. People have lived experience of homelessness and people who run projects are most familiar with data. SOPC Performance Task Group
