Social Implications Effects of psilocybin services on families, communities, and large populations (including Indigenous and other marginalized groups). Impact on substance use, overdose, and suicide rates. Potential for mental illness prevention. 3

  6. Project on Psychedelics Law and Regulation (POPLAR) Based at the Petrie-Flom Center for Health Law Policy, Biotechnology, and Bioethics at Harvard Law School. Focused on safety, innovation, and equity in psychedelics research, therapeutics, and commerce. 6

  7. ELSI Research Goals Fill gaps in existing OPAB research and augment first research report. Focus on Ethical, Legal, and Social Implications of psilocybin services. Produce a high-quality document that is useful to OPAB, OHA, and other jurisdictions. Publish article in academic journal. 7
