Reflection I was asked to talk about a care provider s perspective of how importance training is to deliver quality services and the difference it can make to have Dignity at the heart as a key driver. Given what has been discussed, please think about the impact it might have if Dignity wasn t at the heart of what we do. The National Dignity Council/Campaign has given our sector the resources and standards that act as best practice benchmarks for us all.
