Suggestions to improve project success Patience Promise dates can slip cascading from broken dates to us Planning Engage us early in the planning We're willing to speculate long-lead materials Order today and set delivery date for 6 months from now when you can Make the delivery date earlier than you need Shortages and supply chain breaks are still occurring We manage close to 10K unique part numbers We had major sully issues with 100's of parts Now it's down to <10 parts but the conditions are just as bad as last year on at least 2 HydroVision 2023 Steve Hendren
