  1. Campuses Rated IR (Improvement Required) Targeted Improvement Plans 2018-19 TEA Planning Submissions for IR Campuses

  2. 19 TAC, Chapter 97.1061 and TEC 39A.057 Code Requirements If the performance of a campus is below standard, a campus intervention team shall assist the campus in developing a targeted improvement plan that is presented at a public hearing and approved by the board of trustees.

Improvement Required 1 Challenge Overarching Problem: To increase academic performance and growth among all students, including students from different racial and ethnic groups and socioeconomic backgrounds and other factors including students formerly receiving special education services, continuously enrolled students and students who are mobile.

Improvement Required 1 Approaches Strategies: Provide better structures and processes to address writing, literacy, and mathematics instruction Continue to build stronger data-driven instructional models that will focus upon literacy and mathematics instruction which facilitates the growth of all learners Develop a practical, whole school approach to building an effective school climate which addresses the social-emotional needs of all children
