NPRR 1060 summary of changes In the NPRR summary items below and in the proceeding slides, the four items that are italicized with blue highlights indicate changes to the ERS program. The remaining items are primarily for clarification. 1. ERS Generator metering requirements a) Moved and rephrased ERS Generator metering requirements from Section 8 to Section 3 to improve clarity and consolidation 2. Co-located Resources test/event performance a) Rearranged paragraphs and simplified the language for co-located Resources related to self-serve capacity limits and separate evaluations for Loads on alternate baselines to improve clarity 2 PUBLIC
NPRR 1060 summary of changes 3. Time Period Availability Loads a) Simplified language referring to unavailability to improve clarity and relocated language from TRSOW addressing missing meter data b) Corrected language referring to ERS Contract Period to ERS Standard Contract Term 4. Time Period Availability Generators a) Changed planned maintenance requirements for ERS Generators to align with requirements for ERS Loads and integrated self-testing into planned maintenance to improve efficiency b) Relocated metering requirements to Section 3 c) See sub-bullet a) from item 3 above d) See sub-bullet b) from item 3 above 3 PUBLIC
NPRR 1060 summary of changes 5. Testing All Resources a) To account for multiple events within a SCT, modified requirement from passing any event to passing all events for a resource to avoid testing b) Simplified language related to a resource that has passed all events in the SCT and moves from ERS10 to ERS30 does not need to be tested c) Replaced the word Load with Resource for clarification d) Added testing requirement if sites within a single Premise are in more than 1 resource all resources will be tested e) ERS Co-located resources Added language to clarify that separate evaluations are not considered jointly 4 PUBLIC
NPRR 1060 summary of changes 6. Resource performance during events a) Modified requirement so ERSTESTPF will be changed to 1 (pass) if the resource passes all events, rather than any event during an SCT 7. QSE Availability and Event Performance clarity improvements a) Reworded and rearranged structure for QSE Availability b) Reworded and rearranged structure for QSE Event Performance c) Added table with variable definition 5 PUBLIC
