The initiative led by NHS Somerset focuses on providing safe, high-quality care for serving personnel and their families, supporting veterans' mental health, and addressing inequalities in healthcare access. The project aims to enhance services through data, technology, research, and innovation, with a strong emphasis on community engagement and partnership development. By establishing Armed Forces hubs, linking with professionals and local bases, and improving data accuracy, the project seeks to continuously evolve and innovate in delivering healthcare services to the Armed Forces community.
