Reducing Catheter-Associated Urinary Tract Infections using eMR2 technology to enhance catheter procedures in adult acute care facilities. The Clinical Excellence Commission's 2015 project focuses on improving dipstick results and urinalysis observations through a structured data entry process. 3. 1. Dipstick urinalysis Observation column, date and time tracker (Right click to edit) Double click in observation column to enable data entry will appear Drop down Result Summary menu, must choose one option

4. 1. Dipstick urinalysis For each observation variable, select from a drop down menu.

5. 1. Dipstick urinalysis The next time column will open, ready for the next urinanalysis. Sign off the observations when finished entering data
