  2. Setting the scene Improving opportunities for an important minority of students Supporting all colleagues and all students Keeping young people safe Acknowledging workload pressures and forging new ways of working Maximising capacity especially with limited resources

Students who present most challenge/risk are as follows: Long term highly vulnerable students High challenge/students with specific learning needs/EHCP Highly vulnerable/challenging students who have emotional needs Students who are highly challenging who may require a sanction in R4L/ Isolation Regular students who may need a sanction in R4L

  4. Expected outcomes Reduce PEX/FTE numbers by providing an alternative educational pathway Support our whole school community Support key students in need of an alternative provision to school Support students in bridging back to mainstream school Adding a more solution-focus to our R4L processes

Inclusion SEND Greater working together with Bridge, pragmatic use of space Futures KS3&4 Annual Reviews CARM/PARM Catch-Up Reading Social Skills Intervention Anger Management Physio Sound Training Mentoring 1-to-1 SALT Safe Place/Time Out EAA, 1-to-1 Exam Catch-up Dyslexia Assessments Handwriting Surgery Young Carers Break/Tutor Time Clubs
