Our Values We are committed to the health and safety of personnel IMS Standard 1.09 Behaviour and Observation applies to all OTML sites and personnel The purpose of the Standard is to ensure that processes are in place to identify and manage safety behaviour Mobile Plant and Equipment
Meeting the Standard Process Development Sites and projects must develop and implement processes for: Identifying and reinforcing safe behaviours Correcting at-risk behaviours Processes must: Identify critical behaviours to be eliminated Provide immediate feedback to reinforce safe behaviours Capture and analyse data Mobile Plant and Equipment
Meeting the Standard Training and Education Training will be provided to: Help recognise behaviours Provide constructive criticism Correct at-risk behaviour Personnel with specific responsibilities Mobile Plant and Equipment
Meeting the Standard Identification, Data and Communication Safe behaviours and at-risk behaviours will be identified and communicated Management will: Capture data in SAP Ensure data is analysed Share information Provide positive feedback at every opportunity Mobile Plant and Equipment
Review Process and Performance Measures Health and safety compliance audits at least every 3 years Reviews of behavioural safety improvement SAP data at least monthly Annual review of the effectiveness of behavioural safety improvement methodology Cultural survey Regular monitoring of KPIs NOTE: Where material change is required, training will be provided Mobile Plant and Equipment
