  9. 9. College Fees The government/HEA will pay tuition fees on behalf of all students who are attending college for the first time. Student Contribution Fee is 3000. If students are entitled to a grant this fee may be paid for them. DEIS progression team 9

  10. 10. College Fees- Carlow For those students who do not qualify for a grant the student contribution for: Institute of Technology Carlow-half ( 1500 must be paid by end of October and half( 1500) by the end of January. DEIS progression team 10
