Q 1 Please describe organizational changes & new workflows that have resulted from Alma
Q 2 Do you feel you have captured all the efficiency gains you originally envisaged?
Q 3 How do you manage the information about releases? What practical steps do you take & how is this working at your institution?
Q 4 With what third party systems is your instance of Alma integrated? E.g. financial, student system etc.
Q 5 Discuss your experience with patron data loading. How often are you updating / loading this?
Q 6 What functionality have staff liked best in Alma?
Q 7 With regard to implementation, name one thing you feel every institution should do during implementation? Discuss one thing you would do differently if you could?
Q 8 We find some Alma user roles are not granular enough. Please discuss how well the Alma pre- defined user roles work for your institution. How did you determine who got what role?
