  2. Students reporting to In-Person activities must complete the health assessment prior to presenting at the physical location. The online form is available at cscc.edu/studentscreening Attendance/Records Important Updates General questions about student health concerns or support can be directed to covidcare@cscc.edu. BIT Representatives will be reaching out with additional contact information Reduced clearance to return dates will be provided based on standards from CDC and the Columbus Department of Health. Ability to discuss options for allowing make up work or working with students towards alternative arrangements.

Course Statement Each instructor may add course-specific language regarding protocols that will be required for their in-person instruction. uploaded as a Blackboard assignment Email to students as in introductory message Post in Blackboard as a welcome message *Any statement that is made available to the entire class can be used to officially establish a standard for the course.
