  5. Using FINCODA Case Use 1 An SME employing 100 people wants to ensure that their workforce continues to be innovative. They would first like to understand the current level of innovative ability within the organisation. Each employee also receives a personalised development report that would summarise their scores on each dimension and suggest developmental tips on how to improve their skill or ability for each. 5

  6. Using FINCODA Case Use 2 A lecturer at a university of applied sciences wants to develop and assess students innovation competences. The lecturer wants to assess student learning outcomes using an alternative tool than traditional tests and examinations. At the end of the course the lecturer uses the results of the self- and peer-assessments to form a better overall picture of the students innovation competences, and uses the results in formative and summative assessments. 6
