PERFORMANCE BY DESIGN. Pick bales in a variety of widths 48 72 . Bale chamber is adjustable for 48 72 diameter bales. Move 8 12 bales with every load (bale width dependent). Chamber adjustment for bale diameter.

DURABILITY Built to Last Heavy duty machine suited to the hard use of the rental market. The unloaded weight is significantly heavier than competitors (9600 lb). 8 x 4 HSS tubular steel main frame. 5 x 2 formed tubular steel hoops welded to 4 x 2 and 2.5 tubing running the length of the bale chamber frame.

DURABILITY Built to Last Grapple frame is an 8 x 6 beam with curved plate forming the structure of the grapple jaws. The grapple jaws are welded to 2 pipe to prevent damage to bale wrapping.
EASY TO USE Loading lower the bale chamber and slide the bale on. Drive up to bale and lower the bale chamber to the Preload / Unload position. As you drive forward the bale chamber slides past the bale until the bale edge is even with the front of the bale chamber. Lift the bale chamber to carry position and proceed to the next bale. Alternate sides when loading.
EASY TO USE Unloading Back away or drive through. Back away: drive up to an existing stack and butt your load up to the stack. Lower the bale chamber and back the tractor and bale cart away from the stack. Drive Through: when you arrive at your destination, lower the bale chamber, open the hydraulic rear gate and drive forward. Rear gate
EASY TO USE No greasing with the bale cart or bale grapple. Composite bushings on all pivot points. The only grease point on the Haukaas bale cart are the wheel hubs.
EASY TO USE Order your grapple to quick connect with your FEL. Our bale grapple is designed to quick attach to a wide range of tractor FELs including JD and Allo Euro-mount FELs. Use your tractor FEL joystick for normal functions like lift/lower and bucket tilt. The grapple is controlled by an electric over hydraulic system. Choosing whether to grasp or rotate the bale 90 is as easy as pressing a foot pedal to select the grapple mode.
