Introduction In Palestine, the percentage of women s participation in the workforce increased by twice since 2001 to 2018[1]. So, the existence of childcare institutions becomes an essential thing. Ensuring children's safety and reassuring their parents about them is a duty of these institutions. An application that eases the communication between parents and these institution and make them comfortable about their children is an important thing to have.
Apps Idea Kids Zone: It is a mobile application that facilitate the communication process between parents and pre- school institutions. Also, eases the process of students registration and management of the institution. As well as, make the parent more comfortable through enabling them monitoring all their children s activities in the kindergartens and creches.

Features Manager Students, parents and employees registration. Creating events. Searching. Viewing all the institution s information (Sections, parents, children, drivers, ). Adding, removing and editing sections. Arranging students on groups for coming and leaving by the bus.
Features Teachers Taking attendance. Searching. Updating children s activities (Sleep, food, health, tasks, learning, ) Sending and receiving notes. Sending children s photos to their parents. Viewing their student s and student s parents information. Viewing events (Daily, weekly and monthly events)
Features Parents Monitoring their children activities. Searching. Sending and receiving notes. Keep tracking of their children location in the bus during coming and leaving. View Daily, weekly and monthly events. View their children s teachers and bus driver profiles. View their children s photos. The app provides parent s suitable games for children.
Features Bus driver Sending and receiving notes. Searching. View parent s locations. Start/ stop live tracking. All users segments can communicate with each other through chatting. All users segments will be notified when receiving something.
