Feedback from staff Some of these courses are continuing on from S1/Q1/Q2 to S2/Q3/Q4 as they like how it works. Feedback generally more +tive than negative Ed-Discussion is more user friendly, cleaner, no distractions, interface from a basic users point of view very easy to use (don t need to know html code to use it). Can make alterations quite easily. Easy to add students and Students took to it easily as well. Strong resistance from staff at faculty to use Piazza. Easy to add graphs and edit the graphs that students posted. interface very simple and not complicated. The interface and useability of Ed is so much nicer, love how integrated it is with CANVAS - with actual student names/emails attached. One staff member commented that I love the data I can export from Ed discussion for further analysis e.g. the JSON of threads and the coding snippets are great. helps for the kind of large scale analysis I do. 4
