Innovative characteristics In what sense is your scenario innovative? What are its innovative aspects with regard to your school context? I have developed this course with my collague. This course was new course in our school.
Parental engagement How are pupils parents engaged in the process or/ and implementation of the educational scenario? What is their role? Students can become familiar with their parents jobs. We can visit some of parents working places. Parents can introduce their jobs either so that we visit the working place or parent can visit our school. This is new idea! Which school needs does their engagement in this scenario intend to serve? Two of the aims of the course is to increase community spirit and bring different generations nearer to each other.
Parental engagement What are the expected benefits from parents engagement in this scenario? It is easier to find suitable jobs and working places in co- operation with parents. The aims of the course is to increase community spirit and also bring different generations nearer to each other.
Equal learning opportunities How do you plan to address pupils with different learning styles and needs through the design and implementation of your scenario? Students can choose their objects (jobs, etc.) themselves. Students can choose different tasks on course, for example they can make an interview, they can introduce a product or service.
Game-based learning How could you add a game-based element in your scenario? Please describe your ideas the phases of the scenario (preparation, implementation, assessment) in which you would introduce this aspect. We can search and use some career-finding games. I found some games or tests, for example: www.kunkoululoppuu.fi www.driveofyourlife.org test for finding your career career exploration game
