EGFR < 20 DOCUMENTED TX DECISION MDT discussions documenting TX decisions on VD / Maxims letters Regular updates of Kquip at governance / business meetings to reinforce documenting TX decisions Software strategy meeting to finalise drop down menu choices & screen options on VD allowing quick searches for patients with eGFR <20. MDT meetings to r/v TX status on all CKD pts with eGFR <20
LIVE DONOR INITIATIVE Changed practice to introduce a more effective screening process / more timely appt slots. Introducing Angela Living Donor Specialist Nurse (6 month secondment) Reduce waiting times for LD workup appts in Cornwall Raise the profile of LD Band 2 clerical support (in progress)
COMMUNICATIONS TEAM Laura (RCHT communications manager) has been contacted to raise awareness Trust wide. Emma to write an article for Trust newsletter to raise awareness.
